
Todd Wilson is a results-driven senior national security officer with decades of experience in intelligence, diplomacy, and technology, advancing US priorities at home and abroad. He has engaged senior stakeholders across government and industry, leveraging leadership, operations, and technology expertise to deliver mission success amid uncertainty and under pressure.
He has initiated and delivered executive-level intelligence briefings to Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and other senior policymakers to drive informed national security decision-making. As Chief of Staff to the CIA Chief Technology Officer, he championed technology modernization priorities with Agency leadership, interagency principals, and technology industry entities, including company CEOs and venture capital leaders.
He has directed interagency analysis of foreign cyber threats and shaped Intelligence Community assessments of cyber actors and emerging risks. He has driven transformations of intelligence publication platforms to deliver analysis more efficiently and on a global scale. His work also includes forging US diplomatic engagement in Europe, harmonizing interagency efforts with European Union counterparts, and leading multidisciplinary analysis on the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe.
